Kuressaare is a city in Estonia, on the island of Saaremaa, which was formerly the name of the entire archipelago, and the island was called Kuressaare, the largest settlement and the administrative center of Saaremaa County. The city is home to the Roomassaare seaport and the airport of the same name.
