Lead Design Engineer in the directions:
- Hydraulic drive and equipment of mobile machines
- Brakes systems (Liquid cooled brakes and Posi-Stop)
- Hydraulic servo systems.
Development of design documentation using CAD: AutoCAD, KOMPAS 3D, SOLID WORKS (SolidWorks Enterprise PDM, SolidWorks Simulation): drawings, specifications, circuits, 3D modeling, etc.
Development, maintenance of design and operational documentation. Drawing up hydraulic circuit from scratch according to the technical task.
Patent search and analysis of articles in the studied industries. Work with technical documentation in English. Calculation, selection and coordination of hydraulic equipment. Work with global manufacturers of hydraulic equipment (Parker, Rexroth, Danfoss, Hansa Flex, Hawe, Eaton, Gates, Hydraforce, etc.).
Participation in installation, commissioning, testing products. Diagnosing the hydraulic drive of mobile machines using modern equipment based on the analysis of the concept of work.
The own designed structures have proved themselves well in the difficult conditions of the ALROSA and UMMC mines. Scientific and experimental activities in the diagnosis of hydraulic drive with creation of diagnostic devices.
Ability to work within cost constraints and to deadlines.
English language - Intermediate.
